A lifelong resident of Sudbury, Dr. Koski brings warmth, skill, and deep knowledge to the families he serves. After graduating summa cum laude from New York Chiropractic College in 1996, he returned home to build two thriving clinics. Known for his gentle manner and community outreach, Dr. Koski was named Canadian Chiropractor of the Year and continues to mentor new doctors and interns through his externship program.

How long will care take?

It depends. After 12-16 visits, we rescan and adjust your plan. Some choose ongoing wellness care, others pause and return later. You're in control.

Does it hurt?

No. Adjustments are gentle. Some people feel mild soreness after the first few visits, similar to the soreness that follows exercise, but most experience relief.

Do I need a referral?

No, you can book directly; no doctor's note required.

What happens on the first visit?

You'll complete some paperwork, then receive a complete assessment, and we'll take INSiGHT™ nervous system scans. If needed, we'll refer you for X-rays. Plan for 30-45 minutes.

Can kids and pregnant patients receive chiropractic care?

Yes. We use gentle techniques for every age and stage. Infants are adjusted with light fingertip pressure, and pregnancy care is tailored for comfort.

Do you bill insurance?

We're mostly cash-based. We'll provide receipts so you can submit to your provider.
