assage therapy is a general term for applying pressure to the body with hands, fingers, elbows, forearms, or a device.

It aims to manipulate the soft tissues of the body, including muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments, and skin. Massage therapy is used to improve health and well-being, and can be applied for a variety of purposes, including:

Improved sleep: Massage therapy can help to promote relaxation and improve sleep quality.

Boosted immune system: Massage therapy may help to boost the immune system by increasing the production of white blood cells.

Relaxation and stress reduction: Massage therapy can help to relax tense muscles, improve circulation, and reduce stress hormones. This can lead to a feeling of calmness and well-being.

Pain relief: Massage therapy can help to relieve pain from a variety of conditions, such as headaches, muscle tension, and arthritis.

Improved circulation: Massage therapy can help to improve circulation by increasing blood flow to the tissues. This can help to deliver nutrients to the cells and remove waste products.
Increased range of motion: Massage therapy can help to loosen tight muscles and improve flexibility, which can lead to increased range of motion.
